Preparation of Ingredients, Cooking Dishes, Maintaining Cleanliness, Quality Control, and Team Collaboration
Skills and Qualifications:
Culinary Knowledge: Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
Time Management: Ability to manage one's time efficiently especially during peak hours. Must be able to work Thursdays thru Sundays.
Attention to Detail: Maintaining high standards for food hygiene and quality.
Physical Stamina: Capable of standing for long periods and handling the physical demands of the kitchen.
Adaptability: Being able to adjust quickly to the dynamic pace of a professional kitchen.
