Part Time Property Manager Assistant

We are looking to grow our property management business and need an assistant to help with tenant requests, communicate with owners/tenants/vendors, schedule repairs, handle quarterly property inspections, work with property management software. Must have reliable transportation. We handle rental properties in Swansboro, Hubert, Jacksonville, Holly Ridge, Sneads Ferry, Havelock and New Bern. We also have rental properties in Emerald Isle, Atlantic Beach, and Salter Path. NC Real Estate License nice to have, but not required. Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
