Role Overview:

As a Landscape Construction Crew Member, you'll engage in a variety of tasks, contributing to residential and commercial landscape projects. This role involves:

Building patios, walls, plantings, water features, fire features, and low-voltage lighting

Operating machinery like skid steers, saws, and compactors

Working in diverse weather conditions

Lifting up to 50 lbs

Experience and Qualifications:

Prior experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate in specific areas. We're looking for:

Consistent reliability and punctuality

A strong work ethic and adaptability

Eagerness to learn and grow in the role

Spanish fluency is a plus

A valid Oregon driver’s license is beneficial
