Personal Assistant - Entry level
Position Requirements:
Schedule – Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm – Additional Hours/Days may be required based on projects list. Occasional weekend and evening apartment showings scheduled.
No criminal record
Physical ability to assist with delivering materials and clearing units as needed
Reliable transportation, auto insurance, valid license
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent.
A positive outlook, team mentality and can-do attitude.
Ability to manage multiple projects, daily tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Experience with MS Outlook, Excel and Word.
Ability to be a self-starter and manage yourself without constant direction, project based work.
Ability to problem solve and communicate, while coming up with solutions and putting systems in place to avoid future problems.
A Day in the Life
Assist in completing pre-hire and new-hire documents.
Assist in reviewing complex evaluations.
Review and provide accurate monthly property reports.
Approve supply orders over the phone.
Assist complex sites and fill in when needed.
Assist executive in daily/weekly tasks.
Assist in property inspections.
Communicate with leads, schedule showings and set up move-ins and move-out reports.
Order supplies, pick up supplies and deliver supplies to maintenance team.
Assist managing home, office and running errands.
Training with new hires and assist in coordinating interviews, meetings, other scheduled events.
Assist in reviewing and collecting information for tenant applications.
Ensure that staff are adhering to established company policies and procedures and timeline for due dates.
Manage company email and phone lines.
Encourage positive management-resident relations.
Assist Maintenance supervisor with supervision of outside contractors working on the properties.
Assist executive with all aspects of life: these tasks range from taking out the garbage, cleaning units prior to renting, picking up a child from school and overseeing bank transactions and VP large complex purchases.
Interact with company owners and assist when needed with professional manner.
