We are currently seeking an Industrial Coatings Specialist to join our dynamic and growing team. You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality coatings solutions to our customers such as epoxy coatings, industrial flooring and painting, and line striping. The successful candidate will have, a keen attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Duties Include:

Serving our customers with professionalism & enthusiasm, upholding our PennCoat Brand Promise, Values, and Standards.

Working with our team to prepare a jobsite, set up equipment, prepare the surface, install industrial epoxy, and paint systems, and more.

Follow Safety Plans and scopes of work to ensure successful outcomes.

Necessary Skill Set:

Competent with power and hand tools.

Able to operate mechanical equipment.

Able to work on scaffolding and lift equipment.

Qualifications:

Approximately 3 years of construction trades experience

Valid Driver's License

Personal Means of Transportation

Reside within 20 miles of Landisville, PA

High School Diploma.

Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive starting pay of $20-$30+ per hour, experience dependent, translating to an annual salary of $41,600.00 to $62,400.00+. And that's just the beginning! Our commitment to your success means that top talent at Penncoat Inc. can earn as much as $60.00+ per hour with double-time holiday rate.
