Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our mental health practice in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in mental health and be comfortable providing care both in-person and virtually. This is a part-time position with an option to become full-time with flexible hours and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our patients' lives.

Qualifications:

Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)

Minimum 2 years of experience in mental health

Ability to provide care both in-person and virtually

Licensed to practice in Texas

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Passion for helping individuals with mental health challenges

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and provide mental health care to patients and families (patients 5 y/o and up)

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create and implement treatment plans

Provide follow-up care both in-person and via telehealth

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
