Cabinet Shop Manager Needed

I have a 4000 square feet cabinet shop with spray booth setup for residential euro line production and we have 3000 square feet of showroom. We have General Contractor license and have 2 fairly experienced cabinet makers.

I have many other business and can't pay much attention to this cabinet shop. I need someone to come in as partner (no money needed). I have the investment already made and am not asking for any money. I need your time and energy. You make the sales, manage the business, and we split the profits 50/50
