Customer service rep for ecom brand
Our company is looking for a kind and friendly personality to assist with our customer service inquiries.
We are a small e-commerce brand specializing in holistic health and personal care products.
You will work with our customer service team to help keep customer service wait times low. The primary duties are customer service related, but we are looking for a candidate with a can-do attitude who isn't afraid to pitch in on other tasks when needed.
Daily responsibilities:
Check customer service emails and chats
Respond to customer service requests
Update and organize shipping labels
Communicate with team leads to ensure customer replacements are completed on time
Help keep work and common areas clean and tidy
Currently offering part-time but could turn into full-time.
Hours:
Monday-Friday 2 PM - 6 PM
Saturday-Sunday will be remote work. However, on some days, you may be required to come in.
Customer service needs are very spotty on the weekends. You will be paid for 4 hours each day, Saturday and Sunday, although you will frequently work less than 4 hours per day during the weekends. Your job will be to respond to customer messages as they come in between the hours of 9 AM and 6 PM.
Starting pay is $18 per hour. The first raise will be after completing a 90-day probationary period.
