We are looking for a part-time detail oriented sous chef willing to prepare high quality, gourmet, customized meals for families made from fresh whole ingredients using scratch cooking methods. While we do small boutique catering, we focus on weekly meal delivery where menus change every week.

Since launching in 2014, Eat 100 Foods has become a local favorite, high-end personal/private chef company, offering customized meal delivery and catering in the Boulder area.

Responsibilities:

- Work with a team of chefs in a fast-paced commercial kitchen.

- Assist the Head Chef in A-Z daily tasks.

- Assist Head Chef in anticipating client’s needs and making sure all menus whether for a family dinner or catering event is executed with the highest regard to taste and details.

- Part-Time Sunday, Monday, Wednesday. Hours are approximately 9-5

Desired Skills & Experience:

- Extremely confident and comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail oriented kitchen environment.

- Incorporates creativity into food preparation. Must be able to adjust to changing menus every week.

- Strong ability to work under pressure with little supervision and ability to stay calm and focused in all situations.

- Fun, high-energy and brings a positive attitude to the kitchen

- Must have capabilities in: ingredient substitutions, butchering, excellent knife skills, food safety/handling, maintaining a commercial kitchen, excellent cooking skills and ability to produce gourmet eclectic food.

- Someone who is organized and works well in a team environment.

- Flexibility in your schedule
