Assist with shipping orders

Inform the supervisor of item discrepancies

Help prepare outbound shipments for delivery

File purchase order forms, shipping documents, etc.

Assist with warehouse organization

Collaborate with the logistics team and client service representatives who are involved in the shipment of orders

Operate a forklift

Follow Standard Operating Procedures

Ensure safety guidelines are strictly adhered to

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

2 years of shipping and receiving experience

Detail-oriented and accurate

Basic math skills

Excellent time management and communication skills

Ability to work independently and within a team

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Willingness to learn new skills and equipment

Forklift certified
