Established Property Management firm seeking a responsible individual to join our corporate office team to assist with various property management office duties.
Duties shall include, but are not limited to:
- Assist the Portfolio Manager with various property management tasks
- Basic office upkeep & day-to-day
- Data entry & filing
- Answering phones and professionally directing phone calls
- Assisting with basic accounting tasks including some AR
- Maintain the company's maintenance inventory system & be in charge of parts ordering
Full-time (32 - 40 hours per week). Daytime hours, Monday - Friday. Medical benefits, PTO & the opportunity to opt into an IRA are offered.
Verifiable references are required. Basic accounting experience required; property management or RE office experience strongly preferred.
