Position Overview:
As a Shipping Clerk at 3PL Winner, you will be integral to our shipping operations, ensuring that all customer orders are processed efficiently and accurately. Your role will involve managing shipments, maintaining inventory, and utilizing third-party software to meet customer needs and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment:Pull, pack, and fulfill customer orders using third-party logistics software.
Product Inspection: Inspect products for defects and damages to ensure quality standards.
Shipping Coordination: Adhere to customer-specific shipping requests and determine the most cost-effective shipping methods.
Labeling: Apply labels to packages accurately and efficiently.
Inventory Management: Organize, stock, and maintain shipping supplies to ensure smooth operations.
Machinery Operation: Operate relevant machinery in accordance with safety and operational protocols.
Qualifications:
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Physical Stamina: Capability to work on your feet for 8-hour shifts and lift packages weighing 30+ lbs regularly.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in computer systems and shipping software.
Language Skills: Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
Experience: Prior experience with Amazon logistics is beneficial but not required.
