Customer Service/Admin Full Time (Debt Settlement/Negotiations)

We need to fill this position ASAP. If you can't start ASAP, we can't wait 1-2 weeks. We are looking for one, full-time customer service representative! Fun fast paced work environment at a growing small company in Vista. You will love coming to work every day - we have a close-knit team who share the same goals, free snacks/drinks provided, available parking on site, and a place to grow your skills and be a truly valued employee. We all get along great and have a lot of fun, but we work extremely hard also. $50-150+ bonus at the end of every month! 7:30-4pm M-F. NO REMOTE EMPLOYEES
At least 1 year experience in Debt Settlement/Negotiation, Collections or CCC preferred. We only need people that are capable of dealing with a lot of adversity and are great problem solvers. People that can go toe-to-toe with creditors and sometimes our clients but not be rude and condescending. If you have a passive personality, you are not the right person for the job! You must be interested in fast paced work and learning to adapt to different challenges. You need to have a great personality with a lot of charm! You will be tested on this during phone interviews prior to getting hired. We are only interested in folks who have a positive attitude and can bring that with them to work.
Hours are 7:30-4 Monday-Friday in our office in Vista 5 minutes off the 78 freeway.
As a Debt Settlement Customer Service/Admin Assistant Specialist you will:
Provide extraordinary customer service to our clients
Handle all incoming emails from both clients and creditors
Review negotiated settlements for mathematical and other errors
Submit client settlement approvals
Assist the entire team with document preparation
Do 20-50+ outgoing calls daily occasionally during account updates
What you will need to succeed:
Experience working in an administrative, manager or customer service capacity
An outstanding focus on the customers’ needs
A pleasant, friendly attitude, with an ability to adapt to change.
Highly developed sense of integrity
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing, utilizing great interpersonal skills
Great attention to detail, with the ability to properly apply policies and procedures to various situations
Fantastic time management and organizational skills
Good judgement
A strong work ethic
Computer savvy and type at least 40 WPM
Compensation: $22-24+ an hour DOE. THIS IS DEBT SETTLEMENT/NEGOTIATION EXPERIENCE FYI. Small monthly bonuses also! No benefits currently available besides sick/vacation time after your first 90 days. We will be offering more benefits and promotions in the future.
