Customer Service Representative - Full Time
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will perform clerical, administrative and customer service functions in order to drive company success.
This position offers potential for growth within the company.
Work schedule is M-F, 10:30AM to 6:00PM
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound telephone calls in a professional manner
Entering and reviewing technicians' reports
Entering purchase orders into accounting system
Entering job tickets and customer information
Scanning confidential documents and maintaining organized filing systems in database
Perform other clerical tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office type setting or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
