Human Resources (HR) Manager
Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our client's team in the Wholesale Distribution industry, located in Lebanon, New Hampshire. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for leading and managing various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, retention, payroll and benefits administration, performance assessments, and company events planning. Responsibilities: Lead the recruitment process, ensuring it is efficient and effective in attracting top talent Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires Formulate retention strategies to keep employees engaged and satisfied Oversee the administration of payroll and benefits, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Manage performance assessments to support employee growth and development Organize company events and outings to strengthen team spirit and foster a positive culture Update the internal HR site with the latest information to keep employees informed Host regular meetings to provide HR updates to the team Manage the annual employee engagement survey to gather valuable feedback and drive continuous improvement Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in all HR functions Manage employee relations, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.Requirements Demonstrated experience in Human Resources roles within the Wholesale Distribution industry Proven expertise in managing Benefit Functions Strong knowledge and understanding of Compliance in the HR context Excellent skills in handling Employee Relations Experience in overseeing and improving Hiring Processes Ability to interpret and apply HR policies, procedures and systems Proficient in using HR management systems and databases Excellent leadership and people management skills Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
