Intermediate Application Systems Analyst (SYSMAN)
OverviewSOS International LLC (SOSi) is currently seeking an Intermediate Application Systems Analyst in Fort Huachuca, AZ . The ideal candidate will be someone who possesses experience in providing cutting edge services.Essential Job Duties
Assist with troubleshooting application errors, operating system(s), server hardware, network communications and storage allocation issues within the SYSMAN environment (MECM/SCOM).
Utilize diagnostic tools to trace and resolve technical problems.
Utilize ServiceNow ITSM to track and resolve problems impacting continued system operations and make recommendations for any corrective actions required.
Plan, coordinate, and document the use of revised/updated procedures, processes, and methods for the operations and maintenance of the SYSMAN infrastructure.
Provide "on-call" support after business hours and during weekends when required.
Respond to automatically generated trouble tickets for changes in status and assign them to the appropriate analyst.
Provide guidance to team members as required.
Minimum Requirements
Active in scope SECRET clearance or the ability to obtain Interim SECRET eligibility.
HS +4 yrs similar technical experience or AA/AS +2, or BS/BA.
At least 1+ year(s) of MECM or SCOM administration experience.
An IAT II certification (CCNA-Security, CND, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP) is required.
Must acquire Microsoft server specific certification (ex. MCP 70-410 or AZ-900 or 98-365) or higher within 180 days of hire.
Ability to perform on-call and after duty hours as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
2-3+ Years of MECM or SCOM Administration Experience.
ITIL Foundation Certification.
DISA ACAS v5.3.

May require periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends (if applicable).
