Description We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to join our team in BOISE, Idaho. In this role, you will be a key player in managing customer interactions, ensuring high standards of customer service, and maintaining accurate records. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity and is essential to our commitment to providing outstanding service to our customers. Responsibilities: Handle both outbound and inbound phone calls from customers, ensuring professional and effective communication. Address customer inquiries and resolve them in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements, including FDCPA, RESPA, FCRA, to ensure compliance in all customer interactions. Review customer accounts regularly for Home Retention Programs based on loan type, providing necessary education and counseling. Strive to maintain a downward trend in delinquency ratios, implementing strategies to achieve and maintain department goals and standards. Ensure punctuality and adherence to work schedules, demonstrating commitment to the role. Participate in training, cross-training, and other educational opportunities to continually improve skills and knowledge relevant to the job. Foster positive relationships with customers, aligning with the company’s mission of excellent service. Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data entry, record maintenance, and other tasks. Schedule appointments as needed, demonstrating strong organizational skills. Requirements Proficient in answering inbound calls and managing both inbound and outbound calls effectively Proven experience in call center customer service Strong customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction Proficiency in data entry tasks, including order entry Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and promptly Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Able to schedule appointments effectively and accurately Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask and manage time effectively High school diploma or equivalent required Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred.
