Description We are in the process of hiring a Supply Chain Specialist in Duncan, South Carolina. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity and involves coordinating compliance activities for FTZ Operations within the assigned trade lane. The role is placed within the industry of supply chain and logistics, where you will be expected to maintain a high standard of accuracy and efficiency in your work. Responsibilities: Coordinate compliance activities related to FTZ Operations for the assigned trade lane Handle audits to the FTZ by authorities and resolve any arising issues Submit Importer Security Filings (ISF) and process Inbound in-bonds (CF7512) and permits to transfer (ePTT) Oversee Zone Admissions (e214) and process Outbound in-bonds (CF7512) Review and adjust inventory as required and ensure operating within the scope of authority Develop and maintain work instructions in line with the FTZ procedures manual Coordinate FTZ Operations activities for the assigned trade lane and collaborate with other groups to resolve issues Monitor FTZ system error messages and resolve as required Prepare KPI’s to ensure operational effectiveness and provide customer service as necessary Ensure adherence to recordkeeping requirements and handle other activities as necessary to support the customs group Skills: Proficient in various ERP Solutions including 3M, Dcs, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, IBM AS/400, and About Time Excellent communication and customer service skills Forecasting and KPI Reporting skills Requirements Must possess proficiency in 3M Dcs skills are required Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is mandatory Knowledge of ERP Solutions is necessary Familiarity with IBM AS/400 is required Ability to use About Time software effectively Strong communication skills are essential Customer service skills are a must Ability to conduct forecasting accurately Proficiency in KPI Reporting is required Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
