Condo Site Manager

Condo seeking Site/Maintenance Manager. Maintenance experience required. NOT a live-in position. Must be able to interact with condo owners and renters, and supervise a small staff. Must become efficient in learning the house rules and enforcing them, as well as become knowledgeable of the Condo's Bylaws and other documents. Some office work necessary, however emphasis will be on the maintenance and upkeep of the property.
