Animal Clinic Receptionist/Cashier

Clinic located in the Southwest Suburbs is seeking an veterinary receptionist to join our team! Individuals with strong customer service skills and a commitment to the veterinary field are encouraged to apply.

The Ideal Candidate:

Loves animals (dogs and cats)

Excellent communication and multi-tasking abilities

Great attention to detail, outgoing, and friendly

Enjoys connecting with clients as well as the team

Available to work Saturdays

Primary Responsibilities:

General front desk responsibilities

Client service and communication

Managing multiple phone lines

Booking appointments

Ensuring that the reception area of the clinic is always clean and presentable

Tuesday Thru Saturday

A 90-day probationary period will be in place that will help review your work, which can lead to an increase in pay.
