We’re seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring that our guests have a fantastic experience from start to finish. You’ll be responsible for assisting customers with VR setup, providing guidance on gameplay, and maintaining a clean and organized arcade environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers as they enter the arcade.
Help guests with VR headset setup and calibration to ensure optimal performance.
Provide clear instructions and support during VR gameplay.
Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve any problems that arise.
Maintain and clean VR equipment to ensure hygiene and functionality.
Monitor and manage arcade equipment to ensure all systems are in good working order.
Enforce arcade rules and safety protocols to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
Assist with the setup and breakdown of special events or parties.
Promote arcade membership, special offers, and upcoming events to customers.
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience is preferred.
Basic technical skills and a willingness to learn about VR systems and equipment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and a passion for gaming and technology.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
