What We're Looking For:
Problem-solvers with a positive, can-do attitude
Physically capable individuals comfortable with standing, walking, lifting, and packing
Reliable transportation, a high school diploma (or equivalent), and a valid driver's license required
Experience in estate sales, auctions, or as an eBay reseller is a plus
What We Provide:
Competitive Compensation: Starting at $19-$20.00/hour for new team members, $20 - $23 hour or higher for experienced candidates with Potential for growth: Opportunities to progress into leadership positions with more

Responsibilities
Evaluate the contents of a client's home to determine items suitable for donation, sale, or disposal
Organize and photograph household items for online auction listings
Safely pack and unpack belongings during the relocation process
Maintain punctual attendance with flexible scheduling
Manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing work conditions
Demonstrate stamina, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude while addressing challenges
Perform any additional duties as required
Qualifications
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Understand Computer basics
Experience with engaging social media marketing is a Big Plus!
Ability to interact with co-workers and function well in a team environment
High School diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license
