St. James NY property owner looking for assistance with general upkeep and maintenance. Killing weeds, spreading wood chips, raking, blowing, sealing, etc.

Must be in good physical shape and not afraid of hard labor.

Work will change with seasons.

8hr day with time for lunch.

150 cash per day

Weekends best to start
