Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers based on their preferences and dietary needs.

Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, including display cases and product shelves.

Assist in restocking products and maintaining inventory levels.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Uphold company policies and procedures, including food safety standards and hygiene practices.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and courteously.

Qualifications:

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash transactions.

Passion for food and providing exceptional service to customers.

Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
