Job description

The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills

Proven experience as Painting project manager

In-depth understanding of Painting procedures and materials and project management principles

Familiarity with safety standards

Fluent English

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

A team player with leadership abilities

4 years of Painting experience

Strong leaders hip skills

Proven construction skill set

Ability to manage and train others

Ability to adjust and prioritize work flow on a daily basis

Understanding of construction sequence

Ability to maintain quality control on a jobsite

Computer literacy

Knowledge of up to date Painting techniques

Driver's License (Required)

We are looking for an experienced Painting foreman/ Project Manager to plan and supervise a wide range of Painting projects from start to finish

You will organize and oversee Painting procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner

The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget

Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements

Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations

Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met

Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies

Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities

Supervise the work of laborers

Evaluate progress and prepare reports

Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues

Pay: To be negotiated based off skillset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

8 hour shift

Experience:

Painting: 2 years (Required)

Project management: 2 years (Required)

Organizational skills: 1 year (Preferred)

Time management: 1 year (Preferred)
