Job Purpose

The Front Desk Associate will support the patient experience at Yinova through exemplary customer service and will support the creation of a warm and welcoming environment in our centers.

Front Desk Associate Duties:

● Patient Appointment and Account Coordination including:

o Answering the phones | voicemails

o Scheduling appointments

o Checking and answering emails

o Checking clients in/out

o Selling retail products

o Processing payments, insurance forms, and other light clerical duties

o Patient schedule coordination

o Having a working knowledge of Yinova practices and associated retail products

o Restocking supplies and light cleaning duties

o Opening and closing procedures

o Waiting room and retail area tidiness

Qualifications

● Have prior customer service experience - retail, hospitality, restaurant, medical, or wellness a plus

● Highly developed customer service skills

● Exhibit compassionate and empathetic conversational skills

● Be detail-oriented and organized

● Have exceptional time management skills

● Have schedule availability - flexible to work on shifts needed, during weekends and evenings

● Be able to work at multiple locations throughout the week

● Must be available for weekend shifts

● Ability to work two scheduled shifts a week or more

● Proficient computer skills: Google Suite, Microsoft Office, MindBody, EMR, Slack
