Our HR Manager is a crucial part of our mission with their primary responsibilities to make decisions and address specific tasks in the best way possible, implement HR strategies, and facilitate the overall goals of the company.
Responsibilities:
-Oversee the entire recruitment process, from onboarding to offboarding.
-Implement and develop HR strategies aligned with the organization’s business objectives and values.
-Evaluate employee’s needs for training, professional development and educational needs.
-Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
-Conduct workplace investigations, disciplinary actions, and termination procedures with fairness and transparency.
-Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
-Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, grievances, and other sensitive issues in a professional and confidential manner.
-Collaborate with leadership to design and implement compensation, benefits, and performance management systems.
-Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
-Provide HR guidance and support to management and staff on all human resource-related matters.
-Ensure HR systems and processes are optimized and scalable as the organization grows.
-Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
-Partner with external stakeholders, such as legal counsel, recruitment agencies, and employee benefits providers, as needed.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as an HR Manager (Healthcare Industry or related field is preferred).
-Strong Communication Skills.
-Excellent Leadership Skills.
-Strong Organizational Skills.
-Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and evolving environment, with a solution-oriented mindset.
-In-depth knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and regulatory requirements.
-A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
-HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is strongly preferred.
