You must be able to communicate well if ask questions from my team or my clients.

There are no secrets, coverups or trying to hide mistakes. Mistakes happen, but we all tackle mistakes to get back on track.

About the owner I have been in high level management for over 35 years. I am a very fair leader that doesn't get upset if you make a mistake. Let's recognize it, fix it, learn from it and move on. I don't accept excuses or finger pointing. I communicate well and expect the same. My biggest expectation for myself and my team is client service and respect. I believe in doing the job the way I sell it. I work hard with each client to get them what they are looking for in their project. I work with them on their ideas, and we turn that into a reality.

Come join our team and enjoy what you do. We work a minimum 40-hour week that is Monday thru Friday. If we need to work a Saturday to accommodate our client or to get caught up, we will but that is not part of your everyday schedule.
