Full or Part Time Event Staff

Qualified individuals will be responsible for assisting in the logistical management of corporate and public events by delivering and setting up event attractions, attentively managing and operating rental equipment during events. Description:
The individual under the direction of the Event Supervisor and along with other team members is responsible for the timely and safe installation of entertainment attractions and the timely delivery and set up of attractions. The individual will then operate the attractions in a safe manner, while interacting with event guests with fun and energetic demeanor. At the conclusion of the event, the individual will pack up, then load up the attractions, and return the items to our main warehouse. Attractions include inflatables, carnival rides, arcade games, table games, greenscreens & photobooths, and so much more!
Working Conditions:
The individual must stand for long periods of time. Most work will be outdoors in various conditions which vary from day to day. The job requires constant interaction with the public. The work is typically very physical and demanding, both from a strength requirement and the stamina required. The position requires frequent lifting and a significant degree of walking, bending, and transporting objects of various weights and dimensions.

The ability to be part of a team and maintain a cooperative working relationship with co-workers.
Valid Driver’s license required and the ability to drive delivery trucks (Vans, Box Trucks, Trucks & Trailers)
Must be able to pass a drug test
Must be able to lift 70 lbs. and must have full range of motion and dexterity.
Must not smoke.
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Pull and load attractions and related equipment with warehouse support
Decipher load list and pull necessary equipment for the job
Check equipment off list as it is loaded and load the equipment in the proper order for delivery
Secure the load for safety
Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
Deliver to, greet, and assist customers with loading and unloading of the rental equipment.
Assemble various attractions as per manufacturers and Texas Entertainment Group’s safety procedures
Coordinate with the Event Supervisor with logistical management of event site
Follow the direction of the Event Supervisor and/or Warehouse Manager
Attentively manage & operate rental equipment during event times
Interact and provide excellent rapport with event guests
Load the truck properly at the rental site and return the equipment to the warehouse
Work with warehouse supervisor to ensure the truck is unloaded properly and that rental items are returned to inventory.
Report any damages or shortages to Event Supervisor
Assists in implementing, sustaining, and developing quality process improvements that focus on delivery and set-up of event sites
Attends company meetings and training as required
