Printing Production (Press Operator & Bindery)

Production Specialist -Spring/Tomball Area

We are a well-established printing company looking for help in our offset / digital printing department.

Candidates should have experience in conventional offset and digital printing, as well as bindery skills.

Responsibilities include operating the Ryobi 3302, digital toner presses, wide-format equipment, and various bindery machinery.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional overtime required.

The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented and capable of maintaining high productivity in a fast-paced environment, with a strong emphasis on consistent quality.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate presses at high production speeds.

- Ensure the maintenance of color consistency and quality throughout production runs.

- Read and interpret job tickets accurately.

- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance on equipment.

- Maintain a clean and organized press area and workspace.

This role requires prolonged periods of standing and the ability to perform repetitive lifting of up to 35 lbs.
