Property Maintenance And Remodel Supervisor: $35 - $40 Per Hour DOE

We are seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Supervisor for our company:

You will be responsible for:

- All planning, scheduling and ordering for Maintenance

- All planning, scheduling and ordering for remodels

- Creating work orders, tracking time and planning jobs in project software

- Tracking all time, money and material costs to make sure jobs stay within budgets

- Making sure workers all stay on track

- Using computers half the day and in the field the other half
