Job Description SummaryExecutes the receiving, storing, using, staging and distribution of materials required for assembly of product. Responsibilities may also include manufacturing, assembly, basic testing, training and packaging and shipping of products.Job DescriptionKey responsibilities/essential functions include:Perform physical movement of materials from one area to another using handcarts or fork liftsPicks parts/products for shipments ensuring accuracy of identification and quantityPhysically and systemically receive/issue individual material requisitions from internal and external departments Quantifies and verifies cycle countFills kits and deliver to production as requiredProcess material against purchase orders and work orders using electronic material management systemCoordinate with on-site and/or offsite warehousing facilities for parts replenishment and material for storageWork with appropriate logistics and production personnel to resolve/prevent part shortagesPerform cycle audits and physical inventory per scheduleHelp reconcile inventory discrepancies and report discrepancies to SupervisorFollows work procedures and schematics including complex instructions regarding duties to be performedPerforms manufacturing/assembly operations and various tasks following procedures, bills of materials, work instructions, and process aid sheetsAssists in the writing and/or developing of work proceduresWorks independently and completes basic troubleshootingMaintains daily production outputFollows all EHS and Quality policies and proceduresParticipates in quality control inspections when requiredWorks with team leaders, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiencyAbility to build rapport within the immediate team and with the broader organizationMaintain partnerships in job function and with assembly, materials, logistics, and test teams across the manufacturing operations and across all shiftsPerforming more advanced and complex assembly and testing when requiredMay train other team members when requiredComply with EHS regulations and policiesOther duties as assigned, and may be asked to be included in quality activities, training sessions, and employee activity teamsQuality Specific Goals:

Knowledge and understanding of production process, work instructions, documentation configuration control, non-conforming & rework documentation requirements and operates within them to ensure that a device conforms to its specification.
Aware of and comply with Stop Order, Concessions, ESD, Calibration, Preventative Maintenance, Material Identification & Segregation, and Good Documentation Practices, as associated with this job type/position
