Location(s): PhiladelphiaProvide direct support to the Program Manager/Senior Program Manager for the execution of current and future Government and Commercial Projects/Programs, contract execution, and customer objectives. Support the Program Manager in determining customer requirements and translates these into organizational plans (Integrated Master Schedules-IMS), Risk Assessments, Schedule Metric generation and reporting, and all activities related to execution of the Program. Maintain high level overview of the Projects/Programs and proactively address schedule conflicts and plan execution. Interface with a multi-discipline team, Program Managers, Finance, external Customers, Suppliers and Subcontractors. Responsible for preparing and maintaining reports on the status of Projects and Programs for the team, as well as Head of Program Management. Available to travel, in order to support Bid s and Proposals, Programs and/or to visit Vendors.

Program Management is responsible for preparing proposals and leading projects in aerospace. They must know the fundamentals of air transport, FAA regulation, and revenue management. Their responsibilities may also include field and management support, and building client relationships for aerospace companies.

They work closely with engineers. Manage the implementation, coordination and reporting for programs or contracts. Configuration Management, defining points of introduction for engineering changes.

Track program risks and costs.

Manage staffing and successful performance of team members.

Bachelor of Science Degree Required, preferred field Business/Aerospace/Engineering or related.Experience

One to two (1 - 2) years of project management or related experience that would permit performance of essential duties and responsibilities.Competencies & Attributes
