OverviewThis position is contingent upon award of contractSOSi is seeking a highly qualified PM to serve as the serve as the Government's main POC and provide overall leadership and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned the contract.Essential Job Duties

Ultimately responsible for the quality and efficiency to include both technical issues and business processes

Organizational authority to execute the requirements

shall oversee assigning tasks to contractor personnel

work with the Team leads and shall provide high level supervision of ongoing technical efforts and manage overall performance to ensure the optimal use of assigned resources and subcontractors.

Manages project operations to ensure production schedules are met, system resources are utilized effectively, and that proper relationships are established between customers.

Responsible for cost, schedule, performance and risk identification/ mitigation on projects including but not limited to systems, tools, equipment, software, facilities and other activities.

Coordinates resolutions to production-related problems

Assist in the development of OSINT training and tradecraft courses and on a periodic basis, audit OSINT courses to ensure consistency with Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE) curriculum standards and provide feedback to OSIC leadership

Assist in the development of OSINT Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Reference Material, Communications and Process Workflows

Supervise 100+ personnel, provide monthly contractual reports to the government, and interact with government personnel.

Minimum Requirements

Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and understanding of project management activities required to meet mission requirements.

Demonstrates ability to work independently and with minimal oversight.

Minimum 12 years of experience related to the program management with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years

TS//SCI with polygraph security clearance required

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in an Management, Information Management, or related field from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor’s degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master’s degree.

Previous experience supporting Open Source projects either directly or indirectly.

Previous experience with DIA.
