Area Director

Spanish Lakes Communities is looking for an Area Director for its operations in St. Lucie County and the City of Port St. Lucie. Spanish Lakes Communities has been operating in the Treasure Coast area for over 50 years, in conjunction with its parent company, which presently has in excess of four hundred employees.

Spanish Lakes Communities operates a diverse portfolio of holdings including five different mobile home communities, totaling over five thousand residences.

The Area Director must be experienced, versatile and well-rounded in many fields including people management, resident relations, construction and remodeling and facility maintenance.
