Asphalt Project Manager/Lead Operator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Asphalt Project Manager/Lead Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee asphalt paving projects, manage the crew, operate equipment, and ensure high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards and project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage asphalt paving projects from start to finish.

- Operate and maintain heavy equipment such as pavers, rollers, and milling machines.

- Schedule and coordinate project timelines, materials, and labor.

- Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.

- Monitor job sites for compliance with safety regulations.

- Ensure work meets high-quality standards and is completed within budget.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in asphalt paving and project management.

- Proficiency in operating asphalt paving equipment.

- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in construction.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and crews effectively.

- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred).
