Foreman/Carpenter

OVERVIEW

We are looking for a carpenter who not only possesses the expertise to self-perform but also embraces every challenge with enthusiasm. It is important that the right candidate is meticulous with every detail of the project from the demolition stage to the final touches of construction, with a commitment to excellence.

EXPECTATIONS

-Manage day-to-day operations of interior carpentry projects

-Able to be hands-on and work with others

-Proficient in reading construction drawings/plans

-Skilled to supervise crews and provide advise and direction with different construction stages

-Oversee and manage basic materials/inventory

-Maintain constant communication with ownership throughout the duration of the projects

EXPERIENCE

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the installation of metal framing, ceiling grid, millwork, cabinetry, doors, etc.

- Familiarity with building codes

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Capable to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Dedicated and determined to meet deadlines
