Job Title: General Affair Specialist
Location: [Kokomo, IN]
Job Overview: The General Affair Specialist will be a key player in managing various administrative functions within our organization. This role involves overseeing office supplies, coordinating maintenance and repairs, handling scheduling, and ensuring smooth logistics for meetings and events. The ideal candidate will be adept at communication, compliance, and record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Office Management:
-Manage office supplies and inventory to ensure adequate stock levels.
-Oversee the maintenance of business accommodations and coordinate necessary repairs.
-Handle scheduling and calendar management for internal and external meetings and events.
-Manage corporate and rental vehicles, including scheduling and maintenance as needed.
-Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including venue arrangements, catering, and equipment setup.
2. Communication and Coordination:
-Act as a liaison between departments and external partners to facilitate effective communication.
-Draft, manage, and maintain official correspondence and documentation.
3. Compliance and Record Keeping:
-Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
-Maintain and organize company records, including legal and financial documents.
-Prepare quarterly financial reports and assist with audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Required:
-Minimum Age: 25 years old.
-High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent.
-Must be eligible to work in the United States.
-While travel is unlikely, the ideal candidate will be able to travel, with reasonable prior notice as required (domestic and/or international).
-Basic understanding of hand tools and gauges
-Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
-Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PPT and Zoom).
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.
-Familiarity with compliance and record-keeping practices.
Preferred:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
-Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
-Proven experience in an administrative role with strong organizational skills.
-Ability to speak Korean is a huge plus.
