Facilities Cleaning and Maintenance

Studio Rental Company is seeking a part-time facilities cleaning and maintenance professional to join our team in New York. This is an evening role (work hours start after 7 pm) responsible for daily cleaning, resetting and prepping our studio spaces for the next work day. Performing weekly deep cleaning as well.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily cleaning and organization of our East Williamsburg and Long Island City studio locations

Resetting all spaces to be ready for the next day's bookings, including photography equipment

Performing weekly deep cleaning duties such as floor moping, furniture and prop scrubbing and detail cleaning of other items assigned by management

Ensuring all lighting, ACs, and equipment is properly shut off at the end of each shift

Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, janitorial, or cleaning role

Ability to work efficiently and independently during evening/overnight hours

Reliable transportation or ability to commute between our East Williamsburg and Long Island City locations

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, organized work environment

Resident of the local New York area is preferred, especially if close to one of the locations

Compensation & Schedule:

$18/hour starting rate

Part-time, evening shift (7 pm start time, could vary)

Flexible schedule across 7 days per week

This is a perfect part-time gig for those who may already have some daytime commitments.
