Serve as a role model by espousing the traits of exemplary integrity and professionalism
Design integrated care protocols for cardiac, vascular, and thoracic cases
Assist in resident and medical student rotation development and teaching
Collaborate with serviceline leadership in areas or research, clinical protocols, and operational efficiencies to improve clinical outcomes
Promote excellence and innovation in patient care in accordance with the most recent scientific evidence and medical technology
Qualifications
Certification from the American Board of Anesthesiology, the National Board of Echocardiography in Advanced Perioperative Transesophageal Echocardiography and completion of a Cardiac Anesthesiology fellowship
Ability to obtain Nebraska License
Have proven administrative leadership ability and experience
Exceptional communication skills
