- 5+ years experience as a KM or AKM

- Old school work ethic

- Outgoing attitude and personality, and leadership

- Professionalism

- Cleanliness

- Creativity

- The ability to learn and work as a team member, and take and give directions as a team leader.

- You should be familiar with inventory systems, cost controls, and be Manager ServSafe certified.

- Be able to work in any position and provide excellent customer satisfaction while motivating our crew to do the same.
