Worden Levan is seeking Remote Customer Agent to provide excellent customer support on behalf of client companies. Whether you're an experienced professional or seeking flexibility from the traditional 9-5 grind, we offer ideal opportunities. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat

Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability

Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs

Data entry in various platforms

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old

Must pass a skill assessment and background check

At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience

Excellent phone etiquette as well as verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

A computer device

Headset or headphones with a microphone attachment

Strong, stable internet connection

Quiet work area conducive to customer interactions

Onboarding Process:

Approval is contingent upon the results of your skill assessment and background check. If you successfully pass these stages, you may proceed; if not, your credentials will be removed from the platform.

Note: This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Once finished, you will proceed with registration. A background check and skill assessment will ensue. Once approved, you will choose a company to work for and undergo a training period with them.
