Alongside Chase Field, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks, we’re seeking passionate individuals to join our team and elevate the landscape of sports entertainment. Here’s what being a part of our authentic crew entails:
Greet guests in friendly and welcoming manner.
Run food orders to guests following Levy's Standards of service and with accuracy.
Promptly clears dirty table settings and prepares table for resetting; promptly resets all service ware.
Maintains stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including flatware, linen, condiments; wipes down chairs and tables, and cleans area.
Transports dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area.
Performs any general cleaning tasks as assigned
Collaborate with servers to maintain clear communication and ensure prompt service.
May assist servers by refilling water glasses, bussing table, and other support tasks.
Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Perform side work, re-stocking, inventory, cleaning and opening or closing duties.
Assist in maintaining overall cleanliness of restaurant and back-of-house areas.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Adhere to all safety and sanitation requirements
Open availability days, evenings, weekends, and/or Holidays.
Qualifications
Previous restaurant or related experience preferred
Physical demands:
Frequently lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs
Frequently ascend/descend stairs
Frequent standing and walking
