Mon- Friday 8:30 - 5:00; no weekends, evenings or holidays

Bring your skills and diplomacy to a multi-family residential site in need of TLC. The property is mature, with very

little turnover; site renovations have been delayed so residents need some hand-holding, A key element of success

will be developing a "can do" relationship with maintenance staff while simultaneously improving rent collections.

Responsibilities will also include performing annual and interim recertifications and ensuring compliance with HUD

regulations. Residents will appreciate a commitment to follow up and ensure challenges are met in a timely fashion.

Yardi skills helpful; position is open immediately. MUST HAVE PERSONAL TRANSPORTATION; NO METRO.
