Full-time Handyman

Seeking a full-time maintenance handyman for a multi-tenant office building in Newton, MA. Requires an understanding of basic building maintenance. Will interact with commercial tenants. Ideal for someone looking to return to the workforce. Salary commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities will include:

- Daily walkthrough inspection of the building

- Basic repairs and maintenance including painting, minor carpentry, and basic handyman work

- Calling, emailing, and coordinating vendors for repairs

- Prioritization of life safety and tenant issues

- Required to respond if an emergencies arise off-hours/weekends

- Use of Microsoft Outlook

- Sending and receiving phone calls and emails

- On site Monday through Friday - earlier hours preferred
