Project Foreman

GLO Resources is currently hiring for Project Foreman to work in Concord NC.

The pay rate is between $25-$28 per hour depending on experience.

Schedule: Monday- Friday 7am to 5pm with flexible hours.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Plan, manage and coordinate accurate and quality completion of all projects

Direct work of assigned crew to meet daily schedule

Supervise, mentor and coach personnel as it relates to company policies and procedures and work requirements

Install ventilation system in gravel

Spray applied vapor for smoke testing

Request material needed for scope of work

Maintain high level of safety and adherence to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Ability to read blueprints.

Some construction background, particular in civil construction, site grading

Hold a 30-Hour OSHA training certificate or willing to obtain

Be able to travel 50% of the time.

Valid Driver’s License

Willingness to pass drug screening and background check

Bending, Pushing, Pulling, Standing, and having the ability to lift 50lbs
