Excellent Temp to Perm Opportunity for an Experienced Office Manager
On-Site in upper Manhattan
Monday- Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
Salary BOE 50K-55K
Large Professional Plumbing Company is seeking an experienced administrative experience to oversee key clerical operations. The ideal candidate has a background in payroll processing.
This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our business and requires a detail-oriented, efficient, and proactive individual.
This is a temp to perm opportunity with great benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in processing daily and weekly payroll accurately and on time.
Scan and process work tickets into the database systems.
File invoices and double check information is correct.
Handle data entry for Accounts Payable.
Create Excel files and input data into Paylocity.
Qualifications
At least 3-5 years of experience in office management, and payroll processing.
Strong knowledge of payroll systems and proficiency in MS Office.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Work in a focused manner and maintain excellent attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Ability to work independently; know when to ask questions.
