Bilingual Concierge | English & Mandarin
You will be an integral member of the front office team that creates distinctively different and authentic experiences for our tenants/guests. You will warmly greet and assist them with their requests, travel itinerary, reservations, and overall guest experience details.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure the security of the building and the safety of tenants/guests
Exceptional communications skills to ensure tenants/guests were promptly notified of any deliveries and visitations.
Ability to organize concierge area including package area to ensure packages and mail were given to tenants/guests promptly and communicate with management of any packages that were not picked up by tenants/guest.
Share your personal passions and knowledge of the services and amenities available to guests to help them feel at home
Collaborate with team members to communicate what you see and hear to staff and management to ensure the guests’ needs are being met
Have an impeccable eye for detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Able to work calmly in stressful situations
JOB REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of experience in a customer service position
Excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Bilingual English & Chinese
Must be energetic, dependable and motivated to work
Required education:
High school or equivalent
