Join us!RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop solutions and processes for delivering features based on knowledge of design / architectural patterns and Agile / DevOps practices.
Ensure the systems design and requirements are aligned to achieve the desired business outcomes, and that team practices and coding / quality principles are aligned to achieve the desired technology outcomes.
Complete multiple software implementations and develop both depth and breadth in a number of technical competencies.
Design and develop and is accountable for feature delivery.
Apply enterprise standards for solution design, coding and quality.
Ensure solution meets product acceptance criteria with minimal technical debt.
Develop Enterprise applications using Java Spring Boot framework and REST.
Maintain and port legacy Java application code using J2EE framework onto Java Spring architecture, including replacing EJB and SOAP with REST.
Build and maintain the Continuous Integration (CI) infrastructure and tools to deliver software releases, leveraging Ansible, Jenkins, XLR, and Bitbucket.
Design and implement test automation framework using the Cucumber open source test automation software.
Establish and enforce test automation procedures and monitoring to ensure that all code is regularly tested before release.
Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering (any), Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related; and
5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related IT occupation.
Must include 5 years of experience in each of the following:
Developing Enterprise applications using Java Spring Boot framework and REST;
