Learn more at www.ukg.com/careers #WeAreUKGDescription & QualificationsDescriptionUKG is seeking an energetic, customer-focused individual ready to join our Customer Experience organization as a Project Manager. The Project Manager is responsible for planning, managing and successfully implementing new products for UKG customers. Qualified candidates will have solid experience managing complex HCM/WFM projects simultaneously, some with multiple phases and are experienced in effectively communicating and negotiating resource, cost, and timeline with our internal and external customers. Qualified candidates will exercise leadership and organizational management skills to ensure all assigned project deliverables have the highest quality within agreed upon time and cost estimates. Facilitate project discovery sessions with all client business representatives and UKG project team members Identify, develop, and communicate project work plans, scope, timeline, and project resourcing requirements Manage and drive issues to closure Perform risk management to minimize and mitigate project risks Set and manage customer expectations of project deliverables then communicate, as needed, to meet changing situations Use appropriate change control to manage change in project scope and schedule Prepare, coordinate, and lead meetings between customers and appropriate internal resources Enforce project standards to ensure deliverable quality Ensure that both customers and team members are meeting their project commitments to ensure a successful customer launch Must be comfortable in uncomfortable situations and conversations. Maintain adherence to UKG implementation methodology and processes Manage the project plan, issues list, and other supporting documents throughout the project to maintain client expectations and project milestone success Manage the financials of the project, invoicing of delivered services, and resolution of any financial disputes Lead assigned projects to a successful completion within appropriate time frame, ensuring industry leading CSAT scores Assist with other initiatives to evaluate and drive customer satisfactionQualificationsBasic Qualifications: 3+ years of project management work experience in a customer-facing enterprise software implementation/technical environment Experience managing high volume and highly complex customer facing software implementation projects Experience in a SaaS environment a plus leading complex/strategic clients Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% as neededPreferred Qualifications: Strong leadership skills with ability to work as part of a project team as well as mentor others Ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt to meet changing scope and resource situations. Strong analytical skills and experience scheduling, preparing presentations and status reports in addition to superb written and oral communication skills Broad knowledge of HCM or WFM industry Bachelor’s Degree PMP Certification#LI-REMOTEPay Transparency for Colorado, New York, Washington and CaliforniaThe pay range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington and California is $76,500 to $110,000, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location.
